Mishablu's First Litter

This was a very special event for us - talk about nervous!  And that was me - Grace could not figure out what was going on either.  She kept jumping on the bed (this happened in the middle of the night of course) and meowing as if to say "What on earth is going on with my body?"  A cat's wonderful instincts kicked in and suddenly she knew exactly what to do. 

Grace had three kittens by Jake - Janet, Andrea and Jack.  Jack is named after my father so, needless to say, he is a very special, very handsome cat. Jack was lucky enough to find a very special guy and his family to live with.  I get photos of Jack's birthday parties every year and he loves his new human sisters.  Thanks so much to Shawn and his family for sharing these photos and making me feel that I haven't really "lost" my first boy.
